Cooking with Class invites you to join us on a culinary tour of Tuscany at Frattoria degli Usignoli (Farm of the Nightingales).
While working in a traditional Tuscan Farm kitchen we focus on cooking classes featuring a variety of Tuscan fare. We also conduct in depth studies of Tuscan culture and lifestyles within the culinary realm. Woven in to the rich culinary programs are field trips to local wineries, artisan cheese and olive factories and several open air markets.
